We strive towards reliability and efficient communication with our valued customers. We use Royal Mail's 'Tracked 24' 1st Class Service, and it's included in the price of purchases over £30. Discretely packaged in rugged metallic bubble wwrap envelopes and securely air tight in heat sealed mylar foil bags - we aim for same day shipping on orders before 2pm and do our best to ship all orders within 24hours, excluding weekends.

Packages usually arrive within 1 working day of postage, but please allow up to 3 days, as per Royal Mail guidelines.

Any orders not received within 14 days are eligible for a full refund or re-post of their order.
